Maple Mustard Tofu Sandwich with Apple and Arugula
Ingredients
- 1 block firm tofu cut into strips
- 2 slices Whole-grain sandwich bread or pita
Maple Mustard Glaze:
- 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard check ingredients for nightshade-free!
- 1 Tbsp maple syrup
- 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- Pinch black pepper
Instructions
Prep:
- Marinate tofu slices for 30 minutes
Cook:
- Either bake or pan-fry until golden.
