Test wellness programs, health trackers, and other tools before they’re released to the public.
Whether it’s a full wellness program like RISE & REPAIR or a health-tracking tool like the blood sugar tracker, testing here means you get an early look, and I get honest feedback before it reaches anyone else.
Walk through it yourself, and help make it work for everyone who follows after you.
As a person testing a wellness program, you serve as an early feedback provider. In this capacity, you help refine every aspect. You’ll work through a program, such as RISE & REPAIR or a fasting plan, or a health-tracking tool, such as the blood sugar tracker, before it’s released. Then you share real, honest feedback on your experience. Your questions and sticking points help us build out the FAQ section before the program ever reaches the public. As a result, the people who come after you run into fewer confusing moments.
Alongside full wellness programs, I am also building a growing library of health tracking tools, things like the blood sugar tracker I have been refining through my own amla and oregano oil experiment, with more trackers on the way for other patterns readers want to watch. These tools work a little differently than a program. Instead of following a guided plan, you use the tracker to log your own numbers over several weeks and tell me what worked, what confused you, and what you wished it tracked that it didn’t. Your feedback shapes the version everyone else eventually gets.
Many of our testers find real personal benefit from the program they’re testing, right alongside the feedback they give us. As of the creation of this page, I’m currently using RISE & REPAIR myself, and it’s the first program that’s finally helped me move past a weight I’d been stuck on for a long time. Everyone’s goals with a wellness program look different, and yours might be about energy, gut health, or simply building better habits, but I wanted to share what it’s done for me firsthand.
What you get out of it:
- First, as a tester in this wellness program and a member of our group, you receive free early access to a full wellness program before public release. This gives you the unique perspective of a real program tester for wellness initiatives.
- A personal head start on your own wellness journey, with a real chance to see results
- A meaningful role in shaping a program that will genuinely help others
- Direct input on what’s confusing, what works, and what’s missing — including the questions that shape our FAQ section
- A say in how future tracking tools are built, from what metrics they include to how simple they are to fill in daily
Good to know before you apply:
- Some wellness programs include physical materials (like a printed guide or kit) that we may need to mail to you. We’ll ask whether you’re willing to provide a mailing address — only used if a program requires it.
- Because some programs (like fasting-based plans) aren’t appropriate for everyone, selecting this role will prompt a couple of optional health-related questions — such as weight-loss goals and any history of disordered eating. These help us recommend the right program for you. They don’t disqualify you from the Book Insiders Club or as a Wellness Program Tester. Also, “prefer not to say” is always an option.
- Testing a health tracker means logging your own personal numbers, like glucose, blood pressure, or weight, for your own use. That data stays yours. We only ask you to share your feedback on the tool itself, not the numbers you tracked with it, unless you choose to share an example.
- A phone number is requested for occasional time-sensitive updates.
- By participating, you agree that Healthy in Heart Media may use portions of your feedback as testimonials on our website or marketing materials. These will be credited to your first name and last initial (e.g., “Angel T.”) unless you request a different attribution format. Furthermore, when you join as one of our official wellness program testers, you’ll be recognized as a valued part of the team. You help shape each program’s success.
See our Privacy Policy for details on how your application information, including any health-related responses, is collected and used.
