This giveaway is a thank-you to the readers who show up week after week. Four times a year, readers who check in faithfully are entered in a drawing for a prize valued at $100 or more, with a bonus handcrafted piece by Angel.
Subscribing is free, and so is entering. No purchase is ever necessary.
How it works at a glance
- Subscribe to any Healthy in Heart newsletter.
- Look for the check-in button in each newsletter: “I’m here. Count me in.”
- Click the button within 7 days of the newsletter going out.
- Check in during 8 different weeks of the season, and you’re entered in the drawing.
- Check in every week of the season, and you earn a bonus entry (two entries total).
- Stay subscribed through drawing day.
Official rules
1. Sponsor

2. No purchase necessary
No purchase or payment of any kind is needed to enter or win. Subscribing to the newsletters is free. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning.
3. Who can enter
The giveaway is open to anyone who subscribes to any Healthy in Heart newsletter. You must still be subscribed on drawing day. The giveaway is void where prohibited by law.
4. Seasons
There are four seasons each year:

A newsletter belongs to the season in which it is sent, even if its check-in window runs into the next season.
5. How to check in
Each newsletter includes a check-in button: “I’m here. Count me in.” Clicking it records your check-in for that week. You’ll land on a short thank-you page. No form to fill out, and nothing else to do.
Each check-in link stays open for 7 days from the moment its newsletter is sent. This is the same for every newsletter on every list.
6. One credit per week
A week runs Sunday through Saturday, and a check-in counts toward the week its newsletter was sent. Each week counts once. If you’re on more than one list, or click more than one newsletter in the same week, you still earn one credit for that week. Check-ins are matched across lists by your email address.
7. How to qualify
Check in during 8 different weeks of the season to earn one entry in the drawing.
Bonus entry: Check in every week of the season to earn one extra entry, for two entries total.
8. The prize
Each season’s prize is valued at $100 or more and includes a handcrafted piece by Angel. The prize is revealed in the last newsletters before the season begins. Prizes can’t be exchanged for cash.
9. The drawing
The winner is chosen at random from all qualifying entries, using an online random name picker. The drawing is screen-recorded. Your odds of winning depend on the number of qualifying entries that season.
10. Winner announcement
The winner is announced in the first full week after the season’s final check-in window closes. The winner is also notified by email. By entering, the winner agrees that their first name and last initial may be shared in the announcement.
11. Claiming the prize
The winner has 7 days from the notification email to reply with a mailing address. If the prize is not claimed in 7 days, there is no redraw. The prize will be offered in a future giveaway, at a date to be decided, and the person who did not claim it may not win again for one year.
12. One win per year
Each person can win once per calendar year.
13. Shipping
Prizes ship worldwide, and Healthy in Heart Media pays the shipping.
14. Your privacy
No personal information is collected on the website when you check in. Check-ins are recorded through the newsletter system you already subscribe to. Only the winner is asked for a mailing address, by email, and it is used only to ship the prize.
15. Social media
This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram, Meta, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, or any other entity. By entering, each entrant fully releases Facebook, Instagram, Meta, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, or any other social media platform from any responsibility or liability connected with the giveaway.
16. Changes to these rules
Healthy in Heart Media may update these rules or end the giveaway. Any change will be announced in the newsletters before it takes effect.
