Ingredients
  

  • 1 block extra firm tofu cut into strips
  • 2 lavash wraps

Lemon Tahini Marinade:

  • 2 Tbsp tahini
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp dried dill
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 2-3 Tbsp water to thin

Instructions
 

How to Prep:

  • Press tofu for 25 minutes and slice into strips or cutlets.

Marinate:

  • Whisk marinade ingredients until smooth; coat tofu.
  • Marinate 30 minutes

Bake:

  • Bake at 375°F for 18–22 minutes — OR pan-sear lightly.

Notes

Wrap Assembly:
• Lemon-tahini tofu slices
• Shredded carrots
• English cucumber strips
• Fresh spinach or romaine
• Squeeze of lemon or spoon of dairy-free yogurt (optional)
• Whole grain wrap or sprouted tortilla
