Lemon Tahini Tofu Wrap with Crunchy Veggies
Ingredients
- 1 block extra firm tofu cut into strips
- 2 lavash wraps
Lemon Tahini Marinade:
- 2 Tbsp tahini
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp dried dill
- ¼ tsp salt
- 2-3 Tbsp water to thin
Instructions
How to Prep:
- Press tofu for 25 minutes and slice into strips or cutlets.
Marinate:
- Whisk marinade ingredients until smooth; coat tofu.
- Marinate 30 minutes
Bake:
- Bake at 375°F for 18–22 minutes — OR pan-sear lightly.

• Lemon-tahini tofu slices
• Shredded carrots
• English cucumber strips
• Fresh spinach or romaine
• Squeeze of lemon or spoon of dairy-free yogurt (optional)
