by Angel Tate Keaton

“Letting go is not forgetting. It is allowing what has already happened to stop controlling how you move forward.”

by Angel Tate Keaton

“What gets seen — what gets named and understood — loses some of its power to control you.”

by Angel Tate Keaton

“You don’t change your life by eliminating stress. You change it by changing your relationship to it.”

by Angel Tate Keaton

“You were never meant to carry all of it forever.”

by Angel Tate Keaton

by Angel Tate Keaton

“This is not about restriction — but restoration. You are not failing by caring for your body. You are being faithful to the temple that YHVH gave you.”

by Angel Tate Keaton
