Description

Before strength.
Before energy.
Before change.

There must be identity.

The RISE™ Identity & Worth Complete Set brings together the first book in the RISE Circle of Wholeness series and its companion journal to help you examine the foundation beneath every habit, relationship, and decision, the foundation of your sense of worth.

This is where the RISE journey begins.

 RISE™ Identity & Worth

Book One in the RISE Circle of Wholeness Series

In Identity & Worth, you are invited to explore how early messages about value, belonging, adequacy, and performance quietly shape the way you move through life. Through psychological insight, lived experience, and structured reflection, the book gently examines patterns of self-doubt, comparison, striving, shame, and overcompensation.

Rather than offering motivational slogans or surface-level affirmations, this book helps you:

  • Distinguish truth from internalized assumptions

  • Recognize inherited identity scripts

  • Notice performance-based worth patterns

  • Rebuild self-trust

  • Move toward clarity and integrity

This is not about becoming someone new.
It is about returning to who you were before the distortion.

Identity & Worth Companion Journal

The companion journal provides structured space to slow down and process what the book brings to the surface.

Through guided prompts, open-ended reflection, and thoughtfully layered exercises, the journal invites you to:

  • Name core beliefs about yourself

  • Identify emotional patterns tied to identity

  • Trace the roots of comparison and shame

  • Notice protective strategies

  • Practice truth-based recalibration

Rather than pushing for dramatic breakthroughs, the journal supports steady awareness. It becomes a written record of what is shifting beneath the surface — a place to revisit as understanding deepens.

Designed to be used alongside the book, the journal transforms insight into embodied clarity.

 Why This Set Matters

You cannot build balance on a fractured identity.

The RISE Circle of Wholeness begins with identity and worth because every other area of life grows from this root.

This set is ideal for:

  • Readers beginning the RISE journey

  • Individuals untangling performance-based worth

  • Those healing from comparison, shame, or chronic striving

  • RISE Momentum Circle participants

  • Anyone ready to examine the story they carry about themselves

This is not self-help in the motivational sense.
It is self-examination in the clarifying sense.

The work begins here — not with behavior, but with belief.

Begin the RISE Circle of Wholeness at its true starting point: identity.

First and foremost, I am a servant of the risen Messiah, Yeshua and Abba Father! I am thankful everyday to be married to my best friend, trusted confidant and co-conspirator, and I am thankful that YAH entrusted one of His most precious special souls to me to care for, teach, and learn from. I have spent way too many years in psychology and other college classes in search of degrees that would make me over qualified for most jobs and degrees that due to circumstances and meeting the needs of my family, I am not even able to use at this point in time in a professional capacity, which is good, because I have come to believe most of the things I learned in all those psychology classes is mostly nonsense anyway. I am a proud Full Time Wife and Mother of a deaf autistic child/adult who teaches me so much more than college courses ever did. I am also a caretaker for my disabled and aging Mother-in-law. I jokingly say that I am a creative engineer, innovative chef of special diets, domestic CEO, Teacher, Dynamic Spokeswoman & Advocate, Medical Coordinator, Director of Child Development, ASL translator, and in my spare time, I like to write, create artwork and crafts of various kinds. I am excited to share my thoughts and experiences with you. Please check out our sister channel on YouTube under Healthy in Heart.
