RISE™: The Circle of Wholeness is a long-term, whole-being journey created to support steady growth across body, mind, emotions, and spirit. Rather than offering quick fixes or short-term challenges, this seven-year framework honors the reality that healing, identity formation, and meaningful change unfold slowly, through seasons of reflection, awareness, and lived experience.
Rooted in the RISE framework—Rooted, Intentional, Strong, and Energized—this journey is designed as a circle rather than a checklist. Each year focuses on a core area of formation, inviting participants to return again and again to foundational themes such as identity, worth, emotional health, habits, relationships, and purpose as life evolves.
The Circle of Wholeness emphasizes presence over performance and integration over perfection. It creates space for honest self-exploration, gentle course correction, and sustainable change that respects the nervous system and the realities of everyday life. Growth is approached not as a race toward improvement, but as a practice of returning to alignment over time.

This product represents the foundational framework of the RISE™ journey. Individual books and companion journals are released in phases and are designed to be used together over time.
A Companion to This Journey
The Identity & Worth book was written as the first focused volume within the RISE™ Circle of Wholeness. The Identity & Worth 12-Week Journal was created alongside it, intentionally designed as its companion.
While the book offers teaching, perspective, and insight, the journal provides a physical space for reflection, writing, and integration. Through guided prompts and gentle weekly rhythms, the journal supports readers in slowing down and embodying what the book explores.
The book and journal were developed together, with the intention that they be used alongside one another. Readers are encouraged to engage at their own pace, allowing the journey to unfold without pressure or urgency.
