  • We currently ship within the United States only.
  • If you are outside the U.S.:
    • โ€ข Books may be available through Amazon, which prints and ships locally in many countries.
    • โ€ข For special international inquiries, you may contact us directly. Availability and pricing are determined on a case-by-case basis.

โฑ Processing Times

  • Books & Journals
    • Standard: Ship within 1 business day (Mondayโ€“Friday, excluding holidays).
    • Autographed: Please allow 2โ€“3 business days for personalization before shipping.
  • Crochet & Handmade Items
    • Ship within 1โ€“2 business days, unless otherwise noted in the product listing.
    • Please note: All crochet and handmade items are sold as ready-to-ship. We do not accept custom or made-to-order requests at this time.
    • Fiber Note: With only a few exceptions, all crochet and handmade items are created using natural fibers such as wool, linen, bamboo, cotton, or silk. This reflects our commitment to quality, comfort, and sustainability.
  • Digital Products (ebooks, journals, downloads)
    • Delivered instantly via email link after purchase. No physical item will be shipped.

๐Ÿ“ฆ Packaging with Care

  • Books & Journals are shipped in protective white boxes with waterproof inner packaging. Books are wrapped in tissue paper and sealed, creating a thoughtful unboxing experience.
  • Crochet & Handmade Items are carefully wrapped to protect the fibers and packaged in sturdy mailers or boxes depending on size.
  • Autographed Books include a short blessing or message of encouragement and a specially selected bookmark tucked inside.

๐Ÿ’ฒ Shipping Methods & Rates

  • Orders may ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on best available service.
  • Shipping costs are calculated in real-time at checkout.
  • Free shipping is available on orders of $50 or more for the United States only (after coupons are applied).
  • At this time, we do not offer expedited or flat-rate shipping through the website.

๐Ÿ”Ž Tracking Your Order

  • All physical product orders receive a tracking number once shipped.
  • You will receive an email notification with tracking details so you can follow your packageโ€™s journey.

๐Ÿ”„ Returns for Physical Products

We accept returns of physical products within 14 days of delivery.

The item must be:

  • Unused and in its original packaging
  • Free from damage, stains, or signs of wear
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Return Process:

  1. Email us at healthyinheart@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. If approved, we will send you return instructions.
  3. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or sent in error.
  4. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for eligible returns.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, if requested, we will notify you of the approval status.
  • If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made an error.

๐Ÿ’ป Digital Products (Ebooks, Journals, Downloads)

  • Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of digital items are final and non-refundable.
  • Please double-check your cart and product descriptions before completing your purchase.

  • At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
  • If you ordered the wrong item, we recommend returning it (if eligible) and placing a new order.

โ— Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:

  • Please contact us within 5 business days of delivery at healthyinheart@gmail.com.
  • Include your order number and a photo of the damage or error.
  • We will work with you to make it right, either by replacing the item or issuing a refund.
  • Replacement shipping costs will be covered by us.
