Sweet N Salty Cinnamon Smoothie Bowl – Nice Cream
Ingredients
- 2 cups celery sliced and pre-frozen overnight
- 2 med bananas pre-frozen overnight
- 6-8 ea Deglet dates, pitted and pre-frozen overnight
- 2 tsp cinnamon (or to taste) I usually use about a tablespoon.
- water as needed for easier bendability
Instructions
- Pre-freeze all ingredients except the cinnamon overnight or 12 hours minimum.
- Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and bend until smooth.
- Enjoy!
