RISE is not a diet plan or a religious programโit is a lifestyle of restoration supported by community, compassion, and truth.
The RISE Momentum Circle is a whole-being wellness community built around the belief that lasting health grows from alignment. This occurs when the body, mind, and inner life begin working together rather than against each other.
RISE stands for Rooted, Intentional, Strong, and Energized. These are four pillars that guide our conversations and practices as we pursue sustainable well-being.
Within this community, we explore wellness from a holistic perspective. Rather than focusing only on weight or appearance, we look deeper at the patterns, habits, beliefs, and rhythms that shape our daily lives.
Together we focus on:
โข nourishing the body through whole-food, plant-based eating
โข cultivating movement that supports strength and vitality
โข honoring the importance of rest and recovery
โข exploring the mental and emotional roots of our relationship with food, health, and self-image
โข building supportive habits that create long-term balance rather than short-term restriction
While participants come from many different backgrounds, RISE approaches wellness through a lens of shalomโa Hebrew word that expresses wholeness, peace, and harmony in every area of life. This perspective encourages us to pursue health not through pressure or perfection, but through thoughtful care for the bodies and lives we have been given.
What We Do in the Momentum Circle
Each week we gather for conversation, reflection, and learning in a supportive group environment.
Our meetings are not lectures or rigid programs. Instead, they are guided discussions where we explore topics related to whole-being wellness and share experiences that help us grow together.
Some of the themes we regularly discuss include:
โข developing sustainable eating habits
โข understanding the psychology behind food choices and cravings
โข creating rhythms of movement and rest that support the body
โข emotional health and self-awareness
โข breaking cycles of shame, perfectionism, and self-criticism
โข cultivating gratitude, presence, and personal responsibility
โข learning to care for the body as a gift rather than a problem to fix
The goal is not perfection. The goal is momentumโsmall, consistent steps toward a more balanced and peaceful way of living.
Following the RISE Journey
The conversations in the Momentum Circle are inspired by the RISE book series. This series explores the same themes of identity, wellness, and restoration in greater depth.
Some participants enjoy reading along with the books as we move through different topics. Others simply participate in the discussions and apply the ideas in their own way.
Both approaches are welcome. The books are a companion resource, not a requirement.
