A Month of Momentum: November Healthy in Heart Publishing Update
Every month brings new growth, new challenges, and new reasons to give thanks. This past month has been one of the most productive seasons yet on the journey of Healthy in Heart Media, truly a month of momentum, and I wanted to share a full Healthy in Heart publishing update with you — especially because so many of you have been following along, praying, and cheering us on as these projects move from seed to sprout.
This month included breakthroughs in multiple areas of publishing: major progress on Righteousness Restored, the completion of a deeply personal book titled RISE: The Beginning of Balance, and the exciting addition of new handmade crochet items to our storefront. None of this has been easy — but every step has been worth it.
Let’s take a moment to reflect on what has come together throughout November.
Finishing the Academic Foundations of Righteousness Restored
For those who have been following the development of Righteousness Restored, you know this is not your average book. It is a research-heavy, academic-style project that explores Scripture with depth, linguistic accuracy, and historical context. Because of its extensive references and theological depth, the work behind the scenes takes a tremendous amount of time — more than a typical manuscript.
But this month marked a huge milestone:
We completed the concordance, general index, and Scripture index!
These sections are the backbone of any credible academic work. They help scholars, ministry leaders, and everyday believers navigate the content with ease and confidence. Now that the indexing phase is complete, Todd and I are officially moving into the multi-stage editing process. This means reading, re-reading, checking citations, polishing language, ensuring clarity, and refining everything until excellence shines through.
It’s a long road ahead, but progress is progress — and we are celebrating every step.
Introducing RISE: The Beginning of Balance
The second major highlight this month of momentum is deeply personal to me. I completed writing my book titled:
RISE: The Beginning of Balance — How Rooted, Intentional, Strong, and Energized Living Transforms the Whole Self: A Framework for Whole-Being Wellness
A journey into the earliest chapters of my story — the wounds, the labels, and the beginnings of my brokenness.
This book reveals the “highlight reels” (or truthfully — the lowlight reels) of childhood experiences that shaped how I saw myself and how I moved through the world.
It is raw.
It is vulnerable.
And it is necessary.
For years, I knew I was supposed to share this story — not for attention, but for transformation. Trauma loses power when it is brought into the light.
The plan is to publish on December 15, 2025, if everything continues moving smoothly.
Volume 1 is going to address the root of everything: Identity & Worth.
Launching a Pathway Toward Wholeness: The RISE Momentum Circle Projects
Writing RISE: The Beginning of Balance didn’t just tell my story — it has launched what I hope will be a movement.
As I wrote my way through memories and healing, I kept thinking: “Others need this pathway, too.” So, the RISE Momentum Circle was expanded into a larger project designed to help others walk their own road toward wholeness — step by step, with support, structure, community, and truth-centered transformation.
The Beginning of Balance book kicks off the RISE Circle of Wholeness Series, in which each volume will include a book, a companion journal, a facilitator guide (just in case someone else wants to step up and lead their own RISE Circle with a group of friends or church groups), and a short booklet that will be available for free to my newsletter subscribers. This RISE series is exciting for me because I will be sharing a glimpse into the process of my own healing. It promises to be a powerful, honest beginning to a transformational journey.

From identity work to wellness practices to spiritual grounding, this project will give people a way to:
- Understand the roots of their pain
- Break harmful patterns
- Rewrite limiting beliefs
- Reclaim their God-given identity
- Live rooted, intentional, strong, and energized lives
It is practical. It is compassionate. And it is aligned with the Creator’s design for whole-being restoration.
This is just the beginning — and I cannot wait to release more details soon.
New Additions to the Website: Handmade Crochet Items
On a completely different creative note — something fun and cozy is coming to the store!

This month I officially began listing my crochet items on the Healthy in Heart shop. These are handmade pieces that I’ve poured love and artistry into — hats, shawls, potholders, accessories, and more to come. Each one includes the care and creativity that only handmade items can carry.
These pieces are:
- Beautiful and functional
- Designed for gifting and everyday use
- Made from soft, quality yarns made of natural materials like cotton, wool (never together), linen, silk, and bamboo
- Crafted with peace, prayer, and intention
I’m excited for you to have something tangible created by my hands — a reminder that restoring life is both spiritual and practical.
The Quiet Close of a Month of Momentum and Gratitude
As we wrap up November, Thanksgiving reminds us to pause and recognize the blessings that have carried us this far. YHVH has opened doors we could not force open. He has given direction when paths felt uncertain. And He continues to surround us with encouragement, provision, and purpose.
So today, I’m thankful for:
- Words that heal what once wounded
- Creative projects that bring joy
- Community that grows together
- The promise that our stories are not over
- A faithful God who restores what was broken
There is so much more coming — more books, more teaching, more creative resources, and more opportunities for healing and connection.
Thank you for being here and for supporting this journey. Thank you for celebrating each milestone with us.
Here’s to a month of momentum — and a season of hope ahead.
