Do you offer international shipping?
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We hope to expand our international shipping options in the future. If you’re outside the U.S. and interested in our products, please reach out—we’d love to hear from you!
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are based on the total weight of your order and are calculated at checkout. We use affordable USPS Media Mail rates for books and journals to keep your costs as low as possible. Orders over $100 qualify for free shipping!
When will my order ship?
We typically process and ship orders within 2–4 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
What shipping carrier do you use?
We ship primarily through USPS using Media Mail for books and journals.

How do I access my digital downloads?
Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with download links. You can also access your downloads at any time by logging into your account under “Orders.”
Can I share my digital files with others?
We ask that you do not share files outside your household. Your support helps us continue creating biblically inspired healing tools—thank you!

Do you offer refunds or returns?
We’re a small, family-run business committed to integrity and transparency in all we do. Because many of our offerings are digital and instantly accessible, we generally do not offer refunds except in specific cases.
📥 Digital Products
(Digital journals, downloads, devotionals, eBooks, printables)
Due to the nature of digital content, all digital purchases are final and non-refundable once delivered. If you experience an error with your file (e.g., corrupted, incorrect version), please contact us at angel@healthyinheart.com within 7 days and we’ll do our best to make it right.
📦 Physical Products
(Printed journals, books, merchandise)
We only offer refunds or replacements if:
- Your item arrives damaged
- You received the wrong item
Please email us at angel@healthyinheart.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include:
- Your order number
- A brief explanation
- A photo of the issue
If approved, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund. You may need to return the item before the refund is processed. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless the error was on our end.

- Buyer’s remorse
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout
- Sale or clearance items
- Missed discount codes
