  • 1 cup golden raisins
  • 1 cup slivered almonds toasted
  • 1 cup sunflower seeds toasted
  • 8 oz vegan cheddar cheese optional
  • Juice of 1 lemon

Dressing

  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • ½ cup greek-style yogurt
  • Salt to taste optional
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Make dressing first by combining ranch dressing with yogurt salt and pepper and mix well.
  • Combine all the prepped ingredients and stir well to get everything evenly distributed. Next add dressing and mix well.
