silken firm tofu (drained) - It has to be silken!

fresh cracked pepper

apple cider vinegar
with the mother

mustard

tsp
onion powder

tsp
garlic powder

Black salt
, also known as
kala namak
or
Himalayan black salt
,
(optional but this really gives it the eggy quality and improves taste.)
Instructions
Combine all ingredients.
Blend on high until completly smooth.
Chill for at least 1 hour.
