Ingredients

water

dry quinoa (or one cup cooked)

cup
diced mango
2
Tbsp
pumpkin seeds
½
tsp
cinnamon
Instructions
Rinse quinoa under cold running water for 20–30 seconds.
Add rinsed quinoa + water to a small pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low.
Cover and simmer 15 minutes.
Remove from heat and keep covered 5 minutes.
Fluff with a fork.
Divide warm quinoa into bowls.
Add mango, seeds, cinnamon.
Serve immediately.
