Crispy refried bean lavash wraps make a light, satisfying meal from simple pantry staples. Chilled refried beans slice into rounds, then air-fry into golden, protein-rich medallions. Fresh lettuce, cucumber, carrot, cabbage, and radish add cool crunch inside soft lavash. This recipe is made without peppers, so it stays gentle and mild.

Instructions
Slice the beans
Take the can-shaped block of refried beans and slice it into ½-inch thick rounds. You should get 4–6 slices.
Air Fry the Bean Slices
Place bean slices in the air fryer basket. Lightly spray with olive oil and season with salt and garlic powder if desired.
Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway, until edges are golden and slightly crisp.
Prepare the Lavash Base
While beans are crisping, spread mayo on lavash bread. Layer with lettuce, cucumber, carrots, cabbage, and radishes.
Assemble the Wrap
Place 1–2 crispy bean slices per lavash section. Add veggies and mayo. Top with optional herbs or a squeeze of citrus for brightness.
Wrap & Serve
Roll up tightly or fold like a flat wrap. Slice diagonally if serving to guests—or devour whole!
